This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No.2 to transfer the investigation of case crime No.165 of 2025 under sections 109 (1), 115 (2), 126 (2) B.N.S., Police Station Jalalabad, District Shahjahanpur in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 29.03.2025 to the C.B.C.I.D or any other agency 3. The relief is opposed by the learned A.G.A. on the ground that the circumstances do not warrant the grant of such relief. 4.
