Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 22.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0501 of 2024 under Sections 123, 352, 351 (2) of B.N.S. and Section 66-E of I.T. Act, Police Station Jalesar, District Etah. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the instructions, states that chargesheet is already submitted against all the accused before the competent court on 26.12.2024. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. 4.
