The instant writ petition is preferred under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking direction to the respondent no.2 to transfer the investigation and submit the police report in Case Crime No.0037 of 2025 under Section 85, 103 (1) of Bhartiya Nyay Sahnita, 2023, Police Station Airport, Commissionerate Prayagraj, which is pending before the respondent no.3. 3. Learned counsel has prayed for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial investigation. 4. Learned A.G.A. submits that the police authorities are under obligation to do the investigation fairly, impartially and expeditiously.
