The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 13.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 68 of 2025, under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station- Sasni Kotwali, District- Hathras and with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that The petitioners are lawful occupants of land plot no. 489/6, which came into their possession through a valid residential lease dated 03.05.1970. They have constructed a Pakka house and have been living there since 1997, with a regular electricity connection obtained in 2006.
