The instant writ petition is preferred under Article 226 of Constitution of India inter-alia with following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Certiorari for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 3.10.2021 lodged by the respondent no.3 in Case Crime No.0729 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 363 IPC relating to Police Station Kotwali Kannauj, District Kannauj. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report dated 3.10.2021 lodged by the respondent no.3 in Case Crime No.0729 of 2021 f
