Jahanabad, District Pilibhit, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that the investigation has already concluded with the submission of the charge-sheet on 10.03.2025 against petitioner No. 1 to 5, and that petitioner No. 6 -Smt. Arti ( Married Nanad) has been exonerated. The charge- sheet is otherwise not under challenge. 2.
