Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction to the Respondent No. 2 (The Superintendent of Police, District Fatehpur) to supervise the investigation of petitioner's Case Crime No. 0034 of 2025 U/S 80(2), 85 B.N.S. and 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. - Radha Nagar, District- Fatehpur and ensure the fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law within time bound period without any undue delay, otherwise petitioner deprive from justice." 3. It is stated that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. 4. Learned AGA, on the other hand, states that such aspects shall be examined by the fourth respondent, at the first instance. 5. In the facts of the case, we permit the
