The present writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 02.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0226 of 2025 under Sections 87, 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.) at Police Station Kotwali Kannauj, District Kannauj. A further prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in connection with the aforementioned FIR. 3.
