Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 28.10.2023 registered as Case Crime no. 548/2023, under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 506 IPC, Police Station- Gola, District Gorakhpur. 3. Learned AGA on instructions submits that during investigation no complicity of the petitioner has been found and he has been exonerated from all the charges levelled against him. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner in this backdrop states once the categorical statement recorded by learned AGA, hence he is not inclined to press the instant writ petition. 5.
