The instant writ petition has been preferred with following prayer:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the State-respondents not to harass the petitioner either by calling him to the police station on regularly basis or to forcefully taken to police station without any rhyme or reason specially in odd hours and late night by committing unnecessary raid to the house of the petitioner" 3. The instant writ petition is preferred with innocuous prayer that unnecessarily the petitioner may not be harassed by the concerned police authority, except in accordance with law. 4.
