Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.266 of 2024 under Sections 137(2), 87 of BNS, P.S. Knowledge Park, District- Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Learned counsel has prayed for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial investigation. 4. Learned A.G.A. on instructions states that full efforts are on to trace out the missing girl. He apprised the Court that the investigation is going on and the same would be concluded at the earliest, in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of directing that the investigation be concluded by the Investigating Officer under the supervision of D.C.P., Kanpur Nagar fairly, impartially
