This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 28.02.2025 passed by District Magistrate-respondent no.2 in Case No.1410 of 2024 (State vs. Ram Kishor Tiwari @ Babban) Computerized Case No.D202403050001410, Under Section 3(1) of U.P. Control of Goondas Act 1970 by which petitioner has been externed for a period of six months from the district of Auraiya. 3. Learned AGA states that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of filing an appeal and he states that if any appeal is filed, the same shall be decided expeditiously.
