This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 28.01.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0043 of 2025 under Section 70 (1), 305, 333, 351 (2), 352 BNS, P.S. Tundla, Distt. Firozabad. 3. Learned AGA for the State respondents states on instructions that after investigation, the Investigating Officer has forwarded the final report to the competent court and as such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives. 4.
