Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to ensure free and fair investigation of Case Crime No.0473 of 2023, under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of IPC of Police Station - Sadar Bazar, District - Agra and to conclude the investigation forthwith." 3. It is stated that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. 4.
