Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A for the State respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed with a prayer for quashing the impugned first information report dated 21.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0065/2025 under sections 420. 406, 467, 468, 342, Police Station Milak, District-Rampur. 3. Learned AGA, states that during investigation complicity of the peetitioner had not been found and accordingly final report has already been forwarded to the competent court. 4. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, she may avail the remedy as available in law. 6. This order has been passed
