Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. No. 055 of 2025 dated 21.01.2025 under Sections 420, 409 I.P.C., police station Cantt., District Gorakhpur. 3. Mr. Ajal Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that in the present matter Final Report has already been submitted before the competent court on 1st March, 2025 and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Considering the categorical statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter.
