The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 28.3.2025, registered as Case Crime No.97 of 2025, under Section 87 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station-Phaphund, District-Auraiya and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. The impugned FIR alleges that on 27.3.2025 at around 12 o'clock, when all family members had gone to the fields, informant's niece aged about 21 years was alone at home.
