Prayer is made to command the respondent no.3 to lodge a First Information Report against respondent no.4 to 7 in the Complaint Letter dated 05.06.2023, P.S. Amroha Dehat, Amroha in the light of Full Bench judgement of the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari vs. State of Uttar Pradesh, Writ Petition (Criminal) No.68 of 2008. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances, we are not inclined to advert on the merits of the case. Needless to say that in case the petitioner moves a fresh application alongwith complaint dated 05.06.2023 addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Amroha, we hope and trust that the same would be adverted in accordance with law but certainly after giving opportunity of hearing to private respondent no.4 to 7. 4.
