At the very outset, Ms. Divya Ojha, learned AGA-I states that in the instant case, during investigation complicity of the petitioners were found under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(1) B.N.S. and accordingly, charge-sheet has been forwarded to the competent court on 13.4.2025. 2. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed leaving it open for the petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings as per law. 3.
