At the very outset, Ms. Divya Ojha, learned AGA-I states that in the instant case, during investigation complicity of the petitioner was found and accordingly, charge-sheet has been forwarded to the competent court on 4.3.2025. 2. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed leaving it open for the petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings as per B.N.S.S. 2023. 3.
