Present writ petition has been preferred for staying the effect and operation of impugned notice dated 10.03.2025 under Section 130 BNSS issued by Executive Magistrate/Assistant Police Commissioner, Police Line 3rd Varanasi (respondent no.2) in Case No.03 of 2025, whereby, the petitioner is directed to appear in the Court of respondent no.2 and explain as to why a personal bond of Rs.5 lakh and two local sureties of the same amount should not be taken from him for maintaining good conduct for three years. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned notice, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
