Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 14.05.2024 registered as Case Crime no.0048/2024, under sections 120-B, 406, 420, 409 IPC and Section 66-D I.T. Act, Police Station-Cyber Crime Police Thana Varanasi, District C.C.H.Q. (Varanasi). 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may avail the remedy as available
