Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.0247 of 2024, under Sections 84, 127(6), 61(2)(b) BNS, P.S. Tharwai, District Prayagraj. 3. Learned AGA on the instructions states that during investigation complicity of the petitioner was not found, accordingly, final report has been submitted. 4. Needless to say that Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is a self-contained Act, leaving it open for the petitioner to seek appropriate forum in respect of the final report, this writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
