The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 24.09.2024, registered as case crime no.0415 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Kotwali, District Fatehpur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. After substantial argument once the Court has declined to grant the relief sought by the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner states that this writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
