The instant writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 14.01.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 17 of 2025, under Sections 323, 504, 427 I.P.C. and section 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Ecotech third, District Gautam Buddh Nagar. 3. Shri Shashidhar Pandey, learned AGA on the instruction states that cause of filing the instant writ petition no more survive as during investigation complicity of petitioners had not been found, accordingly final report has been submitted before the competent court. 4.
