Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 10.09.2024 being Case Crime No.0328 of 2024 under Sections 69, 115(2), 351(2) of BNS, 2023, Police Station Panki, District Kanpur Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant in her statement recorded under section 183 BNSS has categorically stated that she has solemnized marriage with petitioner no. 1 and the marriage has also been registered and they are living as husband and wife. He further submits that merely on the pretext of lodging of F.I.R., in arbitrary manner, departmental proceedings has been initiated against the petitioner and he was placed under suspension, hence the the first information report is liable to be quashed. 4.
