Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 24.01.2025 being Case Crime No.69 of 2025 under Section 137(2) BNS, 2023, Police Station Fareedpur, District Bareilly. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the first petitioner and daughter of informant have solemnized their marriage on 24.01.2025, copy of Nikahnama is also annexed as Annexure no. 4 to the writ petition and have also moved an application for registration of their marriage, which was registered by the Marriage Registration Officer, Lucknow, District Lucknow on 25.01.2025. They are living together as husband
