The instant writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 13.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 45 of 2025, under Sections 110, 117(2), 61(2), 333 of BNS, 2023, P.S. Jhijhana, District Shamli. 3. Learned AGA at the very outset submits that the cause of filing the instant writ petition no more survive as the charge-sheet has already been filed in the instant matter against petitioner nos. 1 and 2 namely Rahul and Nikhil and during investigation no complicity was filed against other petitioner nos. 3 to 5 and they have been exonerated. He further submits that sections 110 and 61(2) of BNS, 2023 have been deleted and charges under sections 115(2) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 have been added. 4.
