Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned AGA and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 31.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0076 of 2025, under sections 80, 85 B.N.S. and 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. Sen Paschim Para, District Kanpur Nagar and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is brother-in-law (Nandoi) of the deceased and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Husband of the deceased is already arrested by the police. The petitioner is living separately and he has no complicity in the instant case. The allegation levelled against him is absolutely false, frivolous and baseless. From a perusal of the FIR, no offence is made out against
