In pith and substance, grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent nos.2 and 3 may be directed to take necessary action against respondent no.4 in regard to illegal detention of the petitioner from 21-02-2025 to 22-02-2025 without reason and decide the complaints dated 06-03-2025, 09-03-2025 and 04-04- 205. 3. Learned A.G.A. has fairly submitted that in the event the petitioner submits a fresh representation before respondent no. 2, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously by the competent authority. 4.
