This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 13-06-2024, registered as Case Crime No. 2717 of 2024, under sections 135 of the Indian Electricity Act (Amended), 2003, Police Station Anti-Power Theft Mathura, District Mathura. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will apply for compounding before the competent authority as per the provisions of section 152 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents states that if the petitioner applies for compounding within two weeks from today, his application
