The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction with a prayer to direct the respondents to take into evidence the footage of the C.C.T.V. camera installed at the place of the incident and to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in relation to the F.I.R. dated 12-02-2025, registered as Case Crime No. 0071 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 109, 115(2), 118(1), and 351(2) of the B.N.S., P.S. Chandausi, District Sambhal. 3. The relief is resisted by the learned A.G.A.-1 on the premise that the petitioner is accused in the first information report and the instant writ petition at his behest is not maintainable. 4.
