Heard Sri Yogesh Kumar Saxena, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent nos.1 to 4 and learned counsel for respondent no.5. 2. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 23.01.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0011 of 2025, under Sections 115 (2), 352, 351 (3) BNS, 2023, Police Station Kotwali, District Kashi (Commissionerate, Varanasi). 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A, on the instructions, states that during the investigation, the complicity of the petitioner was not found and accordingly, the final report had been prepared and forwarded to the competent court on 26.03.2025. 4. Sri Yogesh Kumar Saxena, learned counsel for the petitioner states that at this stage, the petitioner is not inclined to press the instant writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not
