Act, Police Station-Maharajganj, District-Jaunpur, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 22.02.2025 against the petitioners except petitioner no.4, who has been exonerated from all charges during investigation. The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3.
