Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. Shri Prashant Ojha, Advocate holding brief of Shri Sriprakash Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners states that present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to institute a fresh writ petition. 4.
