Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. We are not impressed by the prayer made in the writ petition to direct the respondent nos.2 and 3 to ensure impartial and fair investigation in the First Information Report dated 26.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No.44 of 2024 under Sections 80(2), 85 BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Devrahat, District- Kanpur Dehat, once it is submitted by learned A.G.A. that upon conclusion of investigation, a chargesheet has already been submitted in the matter against certain accused persons but the investigation is going on against accused Laxmi. All issues of fact are open for examination before the court concerned. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition or to issue any direction as has been prayed for.
