Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer clause of the instant petition forthwith. 3. Although, the prayer made in this writ petition is to quash the FIR dated 4.4.2025 registered as Case Crime No.115 of 2025, under Sections 121(1), 132, 352, 351(3), 74 B.N.S. & Sections 3(2)(va), 3(1)(da) & 3(1)(gha) of S.C./S.T. Act, 1989, P.S. - Siyana, District- Bulandshahar, but when the matter has been taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that all offences, complained of, are punishable only upto seven years and therefore, before effecting the arrest of the petitioners, specific provisions contained in Section 41(1)(b) and Section 41-A of Cr.PC/S
