By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for following principal reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 21.02.2025 passed by Additional District Magistrate (F & R) Budaun, in case No.3537 of 2023 (State Vs. Chhote Khan) Computerized Case No.D202312070003537, under Section 3/4 of U.P. Goonda and Control Act, 1970. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and direct the respondents not to compel the petitioner to leave district till performing of marriage dated 19.04.2025 and other rituals." 3. Learned A.G.A. states that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of filing an appeal and he states that if any appeal is filed, the sam
