The instant petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no. 2 not to harass the petitioners in connection with the application dated 20.03.2025 submitted by the petitioners against the unnamed First Information Report dated 30.12.2024, registered as Case Crime No. 0443 of 2024, under Section 87 B.N.S., Police Station Cholapur, District Commissionerate Varanasi. 3.
