Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 20.03.2025 being Case Crime No.92 of 2025 under Sections 137 (2), 87 BNS, P.S. Madhuban, Distt. Mau and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA, on the instructions, states that during investigation Section 64 BNS and 3/4 POCSO Act has been added in the instant matter. 4. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition. However, leave may be accorded to the petitioner to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail/bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law. . 5. With the aforesaid leave, the writ petition stands disposed of.
