The present writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 29.1.2022, registered as Case Crime No. 0030 of 2022, under Sections 363 and 366 IPC at Police Station Jariya, District Hamirpur. A further prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in connection with the aforementioned FIR. 3.
