Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A.-I for the State respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 21.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.45 of 2025 under Sections 74, 115 (2), 351 (3), 352 B.N.S., Section 7/8 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Kaptanganj, District Azamgarh. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A.-I, on the instructions, states that chargesheet is already submitted before the competent court on 17.03.2025. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. 4.
