The relief sought in this petition is for issuing direction upon respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation in Case Crime no.20 of 2025, under section 70(1), 351(2), 61(2) of B.N.S., P.S.Nidhauli Kalan, District-Etah. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter final report has already been submitted before the competent court on 18.03.2025 and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.
