This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to conduct the fair and impartial investigation in First Information Report dated 18.02.2025 as Case Crime No.54 of 2025, under Section 70(1), 333, 351(3), 318(4), 352, 305(a), 127(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Shahganj, District- Jaunpur within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court and punish the accused persons." 3. It is stated that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. 4.
