This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 03.03.2025 arising out in Case Crime No. 0091 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali Chunar, District Mirzapur. 3. Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A-I for the State respondents states on instructions that after investigation, the Investigating Officer has forwarded the final report to the competent court and as such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives. 4. Since the investigation has already been concluded in favour of the petitioners, no further grievance survives. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record.
