Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.100 of 2024 under Section 115(2), 352, 117(2) of B.N.S., P.S.Golhaura, District-Siddharth Nagar. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. submits that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 21.12.2024, as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives. 4. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be dismissed as infructous as the cause of action no more survives. 5.
