This writ petition has been preferred to quash the First Information Report dated 18.3.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 86 of 2025, under Sections 140(1), 352, 351(2) BNS, Police Station Lalauli, District Fatehpur and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A-I for the State respondents, on the instructions, states that in the present matter during investigation, no complicity of the petitioners had been found and accordingly final report is submitted on 29.4.2025. 4. Considering the categorical statement of learned A.G.A.-I, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Anil Kumar-X,J.)
