Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.P.Singh, learned AGA-I for the State. 2. This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction to the Respondent No. 2 (The Commissioner of Police, District Prayagraj) to supervise the investigation of petitioner's Case Crime No. 220 of 2023, u/S 394 I.P.C., P.S. - Ghoorpur, District- Prayagraj and ensure the fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law within time bound period without any undue delay, otherwise petitioner deprive from justice." 3. Learned AGA on the instructions states that grievance of the petitioner is already redressed as the charge-sheet is already filed against the accused in the aforesaid case crime on 3.5.2024. In case, the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may invoke the remedy as contemplated in l
