Although, the prayer made in this writ petition is to quash the FIR dated 27.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0087 of 2025 under Sections 351 (2), 352, 324 (2), 131 BNS and Section 3 (2) (va) of SC/ ST Act, P.S. Shyamdeuravan, Distt. Maharajganj, but when the matter has been taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar v.
