In pith and substance, the petitioners are seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.291 of 2024 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Civil Lines Commissionerate, Distt. Prayagraj. 3. It is alleged that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. An apprehension has been shown by the petitioners that either the police is protecting the accused or is not interested to take any action against them.
